There was a bomb scare in Evansville Indiana one year too. Must have been around 2005 - someone left a briefcase unattended and the bomb squad came in and blew it up. It made the news.

Got the contract
by LouBelle innow i just have to sign on the dotted line and drop it off and i shall once again be in the permanent job field.
i won't be earning a huge amount by any means but it is enough to cover my bills and to save a little bit.
this does give me that relief of finances coming in, of course i'll be keeping my ears and eyes open for better opportunities, but that being said i shall embrace this new opportunity with open arms and eagerness.. it's been a hellofa tough year people - hellofa tough.

Latest AWAKE claims most College students consider Prostitution/Stripping to pay for education!!! What the?
by Witness 007 in"watching the world" in awake has always been used as a tool to promote certain doctrines like blood, the u.n etc.
in the new "step-parents" awake magazine, it has an article claiming how 1 in 3 college students would consider stripping or sex work to pay for it!!!
anti college propaganda????

My college roommate worked as a stripper. She used the money to pay for hair extensions and dropped out of school after her freshman year.

Anyone else like to sew??? What kind of Machine do you use???
by ohiocowboy ini'm ready to get my sewing machines out of hiding, and will be sewing once again this winter.
i'd like to start quilting again, as it is fun to do, eases stress, and is healthier than just sitting in front of the tv.
i have even designed a few items of clothing in the past that i have sold, although i am by no means another madeleine vionet or issey miyake-lol.. i've always liked sewing machines even as a child (much to the dismay of my parents-lol), and there are a couple favorites that i have had for many years.

I have a Kenmore machine that my Mom bought 25 years ago. It's nothing special, but it gets the job done. I used to sew a lot, clothing and home items, and I've done a bit of quilting. I learned to sew on my Granny's Singer treadle machine.

Is it ethical to confess extramarital sex to your spouse
by Most Noble indurex's global sex survey has found that 44% of adults worldwide have had one-night extramarital sex and 22% have had an affair.according to a 2004 united states survey, 16% of married partners have had extramarital sex, nearly twice as many men as women, while an additional 30% have fantasized about extramarital sex.
there were also studies that have shown rates of extramarital sex as low as 2.5%.as many authors conclude, these kinds of estimates are probably understated because extramarital sex is commonly disapproved.. .
what do you think is it ethical to confess an extramarital affair?.

@finally awake: Could you do the "Elaine Bobbit"?
I would make Mrs. Bobbit look like a generous and forgiving woman.

I would recommend that if my husband were to cheat on me, he'd better make damn sure I *never* found out. I would make him regret ever being born if he were still alive, and I'd dig him up and kill him again if he were already dead.

Since Fluff is Allowed (and Often Preferable): Stupid, Asinine, Gross, Ridiculous, and other "Bad" Commercials?
by AGuest infor me, it's a "liquid plum'r deep impact" commercial that just sets my teeth on edge.
in it, the (mousey looking) "housewifey" woman (who is obviously married to an impotent tyrant and has about 8 kids) is in the grocery store, holding a bottle of the product, while fantasizing about the two guys who come to "snake the drain" and "flush the pipe, baby"... to a barry white-ish voice narration.
now, i have no problem with some woman fantasizing about some hunks... and given the success of the romance novel industry i would be a fool to think bored housewives are among these.

I hate the Truvia commercials because that woman can't sing and the words are stupid. Plus, I hate anything with Whitney Houston in it.
